Job Responsibilities:
1. Precisely diagnose and perform necessary repairs to non-functioning systems, equipment, or components
2. Ensures all standard operating procedures and safety guidelines are followed
3. Provide guidance, support, and manage team members in the performance of their tasks
4. Efficiently manage job orders and ensure they are completed on time
5. Provide excellent customer service with an objective to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Required Skills:
1. Extensive knowledge of different repair tools, equipment, and procedures
2. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
3. Excellent customer service skills
5. Good physical condition, flexibility and strength to work with physically demanding tasks
Education & Qualification:
1. Possess a valid driver’s license
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Certificate from a vocational school or completion of an apprenticeship related to mechanics is a plus.
4. Certification from a recognized institution would be an advantage.
