Full time landscape/yard maintenance (Castroville)
We are an established family-owned and operated property management company in need of a long-term, full-time employee to perform landscape maintenance duties.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must have a positive attitude, dependable, energetic and flexible.
Must be willing to perform general landscape duties such as: mowing, weeding, pruning, watering, sweeping, etc.
Possess or Willing to learn:
· basic knowledge of irrigation systems, fertilizers, herbicides
· basic knowledge of shrubs, perennials and annuals, how to install and maintain them, and willingness to acquire more knowledge.
· excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a variety of personalities.
· and practice safe operations of landscape tools and equipment
Must be willing to work in various weather conditions.
Applicant must pass a drug test, possess a valid driver’s license, pass criminal background check, and read and understand English.
Must be in good health and good physical condition to facilitate success in the job.
Regular hours are Tuesday-Friday 7:00a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
