Full job description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers through outbound calling, promoting our products and services, and generating leads to support our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a passion for customer engagement, and the ability to negotiate effectively.
Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to persuade potential customers and generate interest.
- Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in our software system.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions while promoting company offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration and business growth.
- Negotiate terms of sale with potential clients to close deals successfully.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively market our products.
- Provide feedback on customer responses and market conditions to improve sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or telemarketing, preferably in inside or technical sales environments preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with potential customers.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and contribute to business development goals.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude towards achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
