About Chico’s
Our passion for fashion and desire to inspire confidence and joy have been guiding the creation of our women’s clothing, intimates, and accessories for more than 40 years. Our portfolio consists of three brands: Chico’s, WHBM, and Soma found in over 1,000 stores throughout the United States and online.

Responsibilities
- Promote a customer and product-focused sales culture, driven by our values and guiding principles.
- Be a Brand Ambassador through personal style, adherence to dress code, and product knowledge.
- Drive sales by providing solutions, building community, and creating memorable shopping experiences that bring women confidence and joy.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Retail or sales experience preferred along with a passion for fashion
- Must be 18 years of age or older *16 years of age in select states
- Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
- Team-oriented problem-solver focused on continuous improvement
- Effectively communicate with customers, Associates, and Management and embody kindness
- Commitment to regular attendance and ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements
- Constant Walking/Standing- 67-100% of 8-hour shift
- Occasional Lifting up to 50 lbs.- 1-33% of 8-hour shift
- Frequent Climbing- 34%-66% of 8-hour shift
