Graveyard: Tuesday – Saturday 10 pm – 6 am

Minimum Qualifications for this role:
Dispatch and/or security experience is preferred (related experience will be considered)
Working knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft Office software is required
Demonstrated ability to be very customer service oriented
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required
Ability to learn new software programs if needed
Performs a wide variety of dispatch duties, and performs related work as assigned
Uses EHUB scheduling software to adjust schedules
Uses Silvertrac software to monitor officer activity during all shifts and at all posts
Answers dispatch calls with a clear, concise, and professional voice
Duties include (but are not limited to) continuous CCTV live surveillance of multiple sites
Bilingual/Biliterate is a plus!
Education and Certification Requirements:
Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent. Some college education or business classes preferred
Physical Functions and Working Environment
The job is generally performed in an office environment
The employee must be able to concentrate on details, work under deadline pressures, apply sound logic and judgment, and prioritize tasks and responsibilities.
Must be able to clearly speak, read, and write English
Other
Must be at least 18 years of age and able to provide documentation showing authorization to work in the U.S.
Employment is conditioned on successful completion of a drug screening and background check.
If prior military, must provide DD214 discharge document with discharge status upon job offer
