Access Control:
- Monitor entry points, verifying visitor identification, and ensuring only authorized personnel access restricted areas.
Incident Response:
- Respond promptly to alarms, suspicious activity, disturbances, and emergencies, taking appropriate action to de-escalate situations or report to authorities when necessary.
Surveillance:
- Observe and report any suspicious behavior, potential criminal activity, or safety concerns.
Report Writing:
- Document all incidents, observations, and security concerns in detailed reports, including time, location, and relevant details.
Communication:
- Maintain clear and timely communication with dispatch, supervisors, and other security personnel.
Crowd Control:
- Assist in managing crowds at events or high-traffic areas, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Valid Security Guard License:
- Must hold a current and valid security guard license issued by the state.
Physical Fitness:
- Ability to walk or stand for extended periods, conduct foot patrols, and respond to emergencies in a timely manner.
Observation Skills:
