Now Hiring barista
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Coffee Barista to join our team at our Carmel shop. This role is all about crafting exceptional espresso drinks, providing warm customer service, and maintaining a clean, efficient bar area. You’ll be part of the guest experience from the first “hello” to the last perfect pour.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Drink Crafting: Prepare high-quality coffee and espresso beverages with precision and consistency (lattes, cappuccinos, etc.)
Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take orders clearly, and provide knowledgeable coffee recommendations.
Speed & Efficiency: Work quickly and cleanly in a fast-paced environment, especially during morning rushes.
Cleanliness: Maintain a tidy and organized bar area; follow health & safety standards.
Team Collaboration: Communicate smoothly with kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure timely orders and happy customers.
Inventory Awareness: Monitor stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and supplies; assist with restocking when needed.
Preferred Experience:
Previous barista or coffee shop experience preferred but not required.
Knowledge of espresso machines and milk steaming techniques a plus.
Must be comfortable working early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 – $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
