What You’ll Be Doing:
Your role is a blend of customer service, administrative work, and client success management. Here’s what a day
in your role might look like:
✔ Kickstart the day with our team Morning Huddle, setting goals and reviewing priorities.
✔ Welcome and onboard new clients, ensuring they have a great experience with our agency.
✔ Support the sales team by handling administrative tasks, processing paperwork, and managing client followups.
✔ Process policy changes, payments, and client inquiries—keeping everything running smoothly.
✔ Assist in generating 20 online reviews or referrals per month, contributing to agency growth.
✔ Ensure all client inquiries are responded to within one business day to maintain top-tier service.
✔ Contribute to an amazing team culture—yes, we celebrate wins with tacos or sushi.
