Shift: 2nd Shift
Schedule: 4:30PM-3:30AM (Overtime and weekends as required)

Position Summary
Under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor the incumbent monitors the movement of product throughout the warehouse including but not limited to receiving product and issuing to and returning of product from production. Incumbent will also ensure all outbound shipments are loaded and pre-loaded to ensure timely deliveries based on the outbound report. Incumbent will also be back up for warehouse clerk and supervisor for sick and vacation coverage.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of shipping / receiving experience is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of bar code scanning experience is preferred.
High School Diploma or G.E.D is preferred.
Certified stand-up/reach forklift is preferred.
Desired Qualifications
Bi-lingual (English and Spanish a plus).
Working knowledge of Word and Excel.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work well under pressure, be flexible, committed, and accept responsibility for yourself and your team.
Ability and willingness to follow SOP’s.
Ability to receive written and verbal directions.
Responsibilities
Ensure “Safety First” is always practiced and observes and adheres to all job safety rules.
Abide by ALL Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Ensures warehouse is ALWAYS in AIB Audit readiness.
Practice good personal hygiene to include washing of hands and wearing of gloves.
Work with Material Handlers to ensure product is available for work orders whether product is in trailer or outside warehouse.Make arrangements as needed to accomplish obtaining the product as required.
Incumbent is the backup person for the warehouse clerk for sick or vacation coverage.
Assists the supervisor in the following areas as directed by the supervisor:Meets with material handler and reviews work orders and order items are to be pulled.
Directs receiving in what aisles to place product to be put away based upon pre-determined locations and available spots.
Makes sure all aisles are cleared and finished goods are transferred as required.
Collects all copies of completed work orders and provides to the warehouse clerk.
Ensures all return to stocks are completed.
Ensures all shipments are completed based on the outbound report.
Coordinates with the warehouse to ensure sufficient product is available at all times to prevent downtime.
Additional DutiesTrain employees as required or when needed.
Confirm Sales Orders as needed.
Research errors and issues with inventory.
Prepares and provides reports to supervisor and manager as required.
Ensure that warehouse and office is maintained in organized and professional appearance.
Additional duties/projects as assigned by Supervisor.
Physical Requirements
Stand for long periods of time and take frequent walks.
The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in refrigerated warehouse environment.
