Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Night Dispatch at National Logistics located in Salinas, CA. The Night Dispatch will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching drivers, tracking shipments, communicating with drivers and clients, and ensuring timely deliveries throughout the night. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in logistics or transportation industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work night shifts and weekendsExcellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of dispatch software and tracking systems
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards
- High school diploma or equivalent, additional certifications in logistics is a plus
