Job Information:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Superintendent to oversee heavy civil construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements:
- This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a thorough understanding of heavy civil construction processes and safety regulations.
- Proven experience as a Project Superintendent or similar role in the heavy civil construction industry
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and upper management regarding project status and any issues that arise.
- Strong understanding of heavy civil construction processes, safety guidelines, and construction codes
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure
- Proficiency in 3-D construction
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Relevant certifications
Job Duties:
- Manage daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules to track progress and allocate resources effectively.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and adherence to project specifications.
