Responsibilities
- Greet clients and determine their needs
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Process client mail and paperwork
- Maintain client records and correspondence
- Respond to client inquiries
- Assist with tax preparation services
- Update tax projects
- File documents for tax staff
- Assist with special projects

Other duties

Requirements:
- Typing 60 Words Per minute (Preferred)
- Proficient in Math, Add, Subtract, Multiply, And round up or down.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English (Required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word
- Follow instructions in English & Spanish
- Punctual & responsible
