ProYouth provides comprehensive expanded learning programs.
Implementing clubs and ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment during after-school hours. Documenting accurate records of student attendance and collaborating with the ProYouth site leadership to ensure student participating in ProYouth’s snack process and check out process.
Support student mastery of new skills through project-based learning • Promote and maintain a culture of safety and well-being with students • Ensure that activities are age-appropriate, engaging and exciting to students • Establish clear, consistent expectations for behavior and positive discipline • Ensure that every student feels known, accepted, valued and respected • Build and maintain a high level of trust through effective communication methods • Strong classroom management skills • Dedicated to serving the children in our community • Solution-based focus • Microsoft Office Suite familiarity • Excellent organizational skills • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency • Ability to communicate effectively with students, co-workers, school staff and parent Site
