Position: Assistant Sales Coordinator
Location: Monterey, CA.
Job Description:
We are seeking confident, honest and proactive individuals to join our rapidly growing Sales Team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating with our Sales Team Members and will be capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Our Team is competitive, they work to win and the status quo is never acceptable. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to contribute to the growth and success of Sentry Alarm.
Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate daily activities and schedules for Sales Team Members.
– Communicate effectively with all Team Members, Clients, and Vendors.
– Assist in the design, installation, service, inspection, and monitoring processes.
– Ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
– Collaborate with the Team to develop and implement operational improvements.
– Maintain accurate records and documentation on a timely basis.
Requirements:
– Proven self-starter with a strong background in communication, customer service and telephone skills .
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
-Clean background as a State of California BSIS Background check is required.
Compensation & Benefits:
– Competitive hourly rate starting between $20.00 – $25.00 per hour.
