Key responsibilities may include:
Customer service:
- Answering phone calls and emails from potential and existing clients regarding stucco services.
- Providing information about stucco types, repair options, and pricing.
- Scheduling consultations and site visits with estimators or project managers.
- Handling customer concerns and complaints efficiently.
Administrative tasks:
- Managing project files, including customer details, estimates, contracts, and progress reports.
- Maintaining accurate customer database and updating information as needed.
- Scheduling appointments for crew members and coordinating project timelines.
- Processing invoices and managing accounts receivable.
Sales support:
- Preparing proposals and quotes for stucco projects based on information from estimators.
- Following up with potential clients to secure projects.
- Assisting with marketing materials and lead generation efforts.
Office management:
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.
- Managing office equipment and coordinating maintenance.
- Filing documents and maintaining organized records.
Required skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
