Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person, phone, and digital interactions
- Manage customer inquiries with accuracy and urgency
Support day-to-day operations including policy changes, billing questions, and claims assistance - Uphold compliance and confidentiality standards
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in our agency management system
- Collaborate with team members and management to meet performance benchmarks
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching for personal and professional development
- Assist with marketing and outreach initiatives to drive business growth
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Ambitious with a desire to grow within the insurance industry
- A self-starter who takes initiative and thrives with minimal supervision
- Bilingual (Spanish strongly preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Licensed in Personal lines Auto, Property Casualty or Life and Health Insurance
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or office environments
- Interest in obtaining a property & casualty or life & health insurance license (training support available)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree preferred
