Job Type: Full-time | Temp-to-Hire
Monday- Friday, 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM
Position Overview
We are looking for a friendly and motivated Welding Sales Specialist to assist customers at our retail counter. This role combines customer service, sales, and welding product knowledge to ensure a smooth and helpful experience for every visitor.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and assist customers with product questions and purchases.
* Recommend welding tools and supplies based on customer needs.
* Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
* Maintain inventory and restock shelves as needed.
* Keep the sales area clean, organized, and well-labeled.
* Lift up to 50 lbs and perform basic physical tasks.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Welding knowledge or hands-on experience required.
* Retail or customer service experience preferred.
* Strong communication and multitasking skills.
* Basic math and POS system familiarity.
